Welcome to Vintage Hype Paris ("VHP", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or purchasing from vintagehypeparis.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Pre-Owned Items

All items sold by Vintage Hype Paris are pre-owned, vintage, or second-hand fashion pieces. Each item has been carefully selected and inspected by our team. By the nature of pre-owned goods, items may show signs of prior use consistent with their stated condition grade. Minor wear or patina appropriate to the item's age is not considered a defect. We make every effort to accurately represent each item through photographs and descriptions.

2. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB). A currency converter is available on the site for reference — final charges are processed in THB. We accept all major payment methods via our secure Shopify checkout.

3. Sales Policy

Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of vintage and pre-owned items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference, change of mind, or fit. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details and exceptions.

4. Accuracy of Listings

We make every effort to accurately describe items including condition, measurements, brand, and composition. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Vintage sizing often differs from modern sizing — always refer to the measurements listed, not the label size.

5. International Orders

We ship worldwide from Bangkok, Thailand. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. VHP is not liable for delays caused by customs or carriers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — photographs, descriptions, and branding — is the property of Vintage Hype Paris and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VHP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
