At Vintage Hype Paris each item is carefully inspected and photographed before listing. Because all our pieces are pre-owned and one-of-a-kind, please read this policy before purchasing.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the unique nature of vintage fashion, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for personal preference, change of mind, sizing, or fit.
We strongly encourage you to review all photos, condition notes, and measurements before purchasing. If you have questions about an item, contact us before ordering — we are happy to provide additional photos.
Exception: Item Significantly Not As Described
If you receive an item that is significantly and materially different from its listing — e.g. undisclosed major damage or a wrong item sent — you may be eligible for a return or store credit.
To submit a claim:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via our Contact page.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days.
Claims submitted after 48 hours cannot be accepted.
What Is Not Covered
- Minor wear, patina, or ageing consistent with the item's stated condition grade
- Fit or sizing preferences — always check measurements before ordering
- Change of mind after purchase
- Damage occurring after delivery
- Delays caused by customs or carriers
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
