- Apply — Complete the seller application form below. We'll review it and respond within 3 business days.
- Onboarding — Once approved, you receive your unique Seller ID and a welcome guide with all the details.
- Ship or Drop Off — Send your items to us (we'll provide shipping guidance) or drop them off if you're local.
- Authentication & Valuation — Our specialists authenticate each piece and confirm the listing price with you.
- Photography & Listing — We shoot your items and publish them on the VHP store with full descriptions.
- Sale & Payout — When your item sells, we process the payment and transfer your earnings, net of commission.

What items does VHP accept?

What if my item doesn't sell?
If an item remains unsold after the agreed listing period, we will contact you to discuss options: price adjustment, extension, or return of the item. Refer to our Seller Terms & Conditions for the full policy.
How do I know my item is safe?
Your items are fully insured while in VHP's care. We keep detailed records of every piece from reception to sale or return.
Can I set my own price?
Yes. We'll discuss market value and recommend a price, but you make the final call. We may occasionally request a price adjustment to reflect current market conditions.
What if my item fails authentication?
Items that fail our authentication process will be returned to you at your cost. See our Counterfeit Policy for details.
Is there a minimum number of items?
No minimum. Whether you have 1 piece or 50, we're happy to work with you.
