Shipping Guidelines for Sellers

When sending items to Vintage Hype Paris, please follow these guidelines carefully to ensure your items arrive safely and are processed without delay.

Before You Ship

• Wait until you have received your Seller ID and a confirmed shipping address from VHP before sending anything.
• List all items you are sending in your products.txt submission file.
• Do not ship items that have not been pre-approved by the VHP team.

Packaging Requirements

• Use a rigid box or padded envelope appropriate for the item size.
• Wrap each item individually in acid-free tissue paper or a protective dust bag.
• For bags and structured items, stuff lightly with tissue to maintain shape.
• For watches and jewellery, use a padded jewellery box or bubble wrap inside a rigid outer box.
• Include a printed sheet with your Seller ID and a list of all items inside the parcel.
• Do not write your name or the contents on the outside of the box.

Shipping Service

• Use a tracked and insured shipping service. VHP is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
• Insure your parcel for the full replacement value of the items.
• Recommended carriers: DHL Express, FedEx International, UPS, or equivalent tracked services.
• Standard post / untracked services are not recommended.

Shipping Costs

Sellers are responsible for the cost of shipping items to VHP. Return shipping (for unsold or failed authentication items) is also at the Seller's expense unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customs & International Shipping

If shipping from outside [YOUR COUNTRY — update], please declare items accurately on customs forms. Mark as "Personal Effects for Evaluation" or as advised by your shipping carrier. VHP is not responsible for customs duties or delays. Contact us for current import guidance before shipping internationally.

After Shipping

Once shipped, email your tracking number to contact@vintagehypeparis.com with your Seller ID in the subject line. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days of delivery.
